Here are the major issues that were found for The First Descendant in November.
We will continue to update this notice with any newly identified issues and bugs, as well as previously reported major issues. Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.
[November 12th]
■ (#9) An issue where Lounge Collectibles’ quantity would display an incorrect quantity
- We identified an issue where the Place Collectibles and Dismantle Collectible UIs displayed incorrect owned quantities by counting Collectibles already placed in the Lounge.
[November 7th]
■ (#9) (Resolved) An issue where “Void Axium” does not appear in the Axion Plains
- This issue will be fixed with the Patch 1.3.10.
■ (#9) (Resolved) An issue where Descendant and weapon EXP are not gained when defeating monsters in the “Supermassive Receptor” dungeon
- This issue will be fixed with the Patch 1.3.10.
■ (#9) (Resolved) An issue where Ines’s Dark Current skill deals abnormal maximum damage
- This issue will be fixed with the Patch 1.3.10.
[November 6th]
■ (#9) (Resolved) An issue where the quest “Colossus Guided Capture Facility Investigation” cannot be completed
- We have identified that while the quest can be started and progressed, it does not register completion conditions properly.
- This issue will be fixed with the Patch 1.3.10, and if the completion conditions have already been met, the quest will be marked as completed upon logging in after the patch.
■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where controller sensitivity resets to 0 when moving between areas on PS and Xbox
- We are currently investigating this issue and will fix it as soon as the cause is identified.
■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where all “Hypernova” items in the Battle Pass rewards are set as paid rewards
- We have identified that all “Hypernova” items in the Battle Pass rewards are set as paid rewards.
- This issue will be fixed with the next patch, and it will be adjusted so that a total of three “Hypernova” items can be obtained for free.
■ (#6) (Resolved) Intermittent Crashes During Cutscene Playback
- The cutscene can be rewatched in Supermassive Receptor> Arche Trace.
■ (#2) An issue where the firearm module effect remains active after weapon switching
- We have identified that when a firearm module effect is active, switching weapons does not remove the module effect.
■ (#2) An issue where the firearm module cooldown is applied separately by enhancement level
- We have identified that the cooldown of firearm modules is applied individually based on their enhancement level, allowing repeated use by switching weapons.
■ (#2) An issue where Harris’ dialogue does not appear when placed in the Lounge
■ (#8)(Resolved) An issue where the “Lightbringer Transcendent Bundle” does not display the quantity of included items
- We have identified that the item quantity for “Fine Adjustment Control Axis” is not displayed in the product details of the “Lightbringer Transcendent Bundle.”
- Please note that when purchasing the product, 625 “Fine Adjustment Control Axis” items are correctly delivered.
■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where party members’ current shield and HP values are not displayed in the HUD
■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where certain PS and Xbox membership exclusive skins cannot be equipped
- We have identified that the following PS and Xbox membership exclusive items cannot be equipped: the weapon skins “The Sixth Nightmare” and “Sandstorm,” and the makeup “Defined” and “Man in Love.”
■ (#8)(Resolved) An issue where some items are intermittently not delivered to the inventory when clicking the “Acquire All Attached Items” button in the Mailbox
- We are currently investigating this issue and will resolve it as soon as the cause is identified.
- Until the issue is fixed, please claim the attached items from each mail individually.

■ (#1) (Resolved) An issue where the Battle Pass Shop is currently inaccessible
- We have identified an issue where the Battle Pass Shop is currently inaccessible.
- This issue will be promptly resolved through an upcoming hotfix.
[Previous Known Issues]
■ An issue where the ‘Special Attack’ charge timing of the Ultimate Weapon “Shadow” is incorrectly applied
- We have identified an issue where the ‘Special Attack’ energy gauge begins to charge immediately upon pressing the Special Attack button, instead of starting after the charge recovery motion as intended.
- When the attack speed is increased, the charge motion may finish before the ‘Special Attack’ is fully charged.
- Regardless of the charge motion speed, if the charge state is maintained for the maximum required charge time, the ‘Special Attack’ will deal its full damage.
■ An issue where Sharen's 'Rabbit Game' body skin dye is not applied to certain parts
■ Intel CPU Issue
- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.
- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.
This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.
- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.
■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs
- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.
(1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution [FAQ]
- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.
(2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution [FAQ]
- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.
■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly
