Use the filters to find a specific reactor type that you want to farm ingame. The drop location changes every few days, indicated by the timer on the page.
Difficulty Level Rewards Explained
Difficulty level rewards (reactor drops) change every few days. Go to the map and look at the bottom of the screen to find the button that says "Difficulty Level Rewards".
If you are looking for a specific reactor, you want to make sure to select the filters such as Arche Type or Element Type. Once done, you can now see where a specific reactor drops currently. This alllows you to farm specific reactors.
Once you are in that area, you can farm any missions you want, monsters will randomly drop reactors. It is often the case that two or more reactor types drop in a specific zone. Obviously, if you can find a drop location where only your specific reactor drops, you will have a higher chance of getting what you want faster.
Additionally, it is recommended to always pick missions where a lot of enemies spawn, this simply means more enemies, more reactor drop chances from defeating them.
