- For Descendants who claimed rewards more than once, all Round 2 Personal Contribution rewards will be fully reclaimed.

We have identified an issue where the Round 2 Personal Contribution rewards of the <Year-End Lounge Party> Web Event could be claimed multiple times. Personal Contribution rewards are intended to be granted once per round.
To prevent further issues, the “Claim Rewards” button has been temporarily disabled until the issue is resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused during event participation.
We will provide further details regarding the re-enablement of the reward claim button and the reclamation of any rewards that were claimed multiple times in a follow-up notice. Please refrain from claiming or using any rewards that were obtained multiple times.
