As we reach the end of 2025, Producer Beom-Jun Lee and Director Min-Seok Joo have prepared handwritten letters for our Descendants.

■ Message from the Producer
Greetings, Descendants. This is Beom-Jun, Producer of The First Descendant.
It’s already the last few days of 2025. It feels especially meaningful to me as this is the second holiday season after the launch of TFD.
As the year draws to a close, I wanted to write this letter to express my gratitude to all the Descendants who played TFD throughout 2025. Many things happened this year. We tried our best, but there were shortcomings and moments where we may have disappointed our players.
Yet, even during the toughest times, the voices of our Descendants served as our lighthouse, allowing us to move forward one step at a time. There is still a long way to go, but I, the development team, and Director Min-Seok Joo will work together to make The First Descendant a more enjoyable and long playable game.
Thank you so much for being with us throughout the year. Happy holidays to all the Descendants around the world.
And I also hope that in the new year, TFD will continue to be a good friend and a source of daily joy for our Descendants.

Hello. This is Min-Seok Joo, Director of The First Descendant.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the Descendants who have supported our game throughout 2025.
As Director, not every choice made over the past year led to satisfying results.
There were moments we caused inconvenience or disappointment to our Descendants, and looking back, there were some instances that left me with regret.
Every day, I read posts from the community and keep a journal to reflect on my choices.
I try to gather every piece of feedback sent from our Descendants to use it as a benchmark for making future decisions.
Developing The First Descendant continues to be a journey of constant learning, and it is only thanks to honest criticism and affection that we have been able to push ourselves to find a better path forward.
In the coming year of 2026, we will strive to maintain this spirit, delivering more polished content, maintaining stable service, and communicating with the community with even more transparency.
Rather than chasing immediate changes, I will focus on the choices that will allow The First Descendant to be a game that stays with our Descendants for a long time to come.
Wishing everyone a warm and happy holiday season. We would be deeply grateful if you will continue to journey with The First Descendant in 2026.
