This The First Descendant Freyna Build is optimized for Forbidden Sanctuary. It is highly recommended to get close to 80%-90% Skill Cooldown to utilize skill 4 Venom Baptism as much as possible as it deals massive damage and is our main damage vs bosses.
Why Additional Skill ATK vs Order of Truth?
The endboss in Forbidden Sanctuary is Order of Truth and this will increase our damage the most. All other mobs up until the last boss are Legion of Breach, but they all die fast anyway. The last endboss is the true HP bloat enemy and therefore we want to optimize damage against the endboss!
You can of course just use Tech Skill Power Ratio instead of Order of Truth extra damage.
If I want to use this in other content, what do I need to change?
If you want to use this in other content than Forbidden Sanctuary, make sure to swap the reactor from Additional Skill ATK vs Order of Truth to Tech Power Ratio, but keep the Skill Cooldown!
That's really it, nothing else needs to change!
Venom Injection Ancestor Module
Venom Injection increases our damage by a lot, but it also constantly drains MP. Therefore, it is important to pick up blue orbs. And if you struggle to sustain, make sure to either use an Ancestor mod with skill cost reduction or Maximize Conservation/MP Collector if you don't have an Ancestor Module.
Ancestor Module Perks
If you don't have an Ancestor Module, use Maximize Conservation/MP Collector instead to get reduced skill cost. If you have an Ancestor Module, make sure to get Skill Cooldown with it to get closer to the 90% Skill Cooldown number.
Best perks:
- Skill Cooldown
- Tech Skill Power Boost Ratio
- Toxic Skill Power Boost Ratio
- (negative) DEF or Max HP
Good additional perks:
Getting a godroll Ancestor Roll is nearly impossible. Other good perks are:
- Skill Cost Reduction
- Max Range (If you aren't at the range cap yet)
- Max Shield
Fallen Hope & Secret Garden
Fallen Hope is generally stronger now than Secret Garden. Both are great but I would always pick Fallen Hope over Secret Garden now.
- Fallen Hope gives you 114% extra Toxic Skill Power
- Secret Garden gives you 53% extra Skill Power (Buffs both Toxic and Tech damage).
Additionally, Fallen Hope also deals extra DoT damage to enemies when you actually shoot the weapon.
Snowy Sled Dog
Players often overlook this, but the Snowy Sled Dog gives extra MP Recovery, important for our build.
